Wherever in this Chapter the following words or terms are used, they shall be deemed and taken to have the meaning prescribed to them as follows:
COMMERCIAL MOTOR VEHICLE
A motor vehicle designated or regularly used for carrying freight, merchandise, supplies, tools or equipment.
DEALER
Any person engaged in the sale or exchange of new, used or reconstructed motor vehicles or trailers.
MOTOR VEHICLE
Any self-propelled vehicle not operated exclusively upon tracks.
MOTORCYCLE
A motor vehicle operated on two (2) wheels.
MOTORTRICYCLE
A motor vehicle operated on three (3) wheels, including a motorcycle while operated with any conveyance, temporary or otherwise, requiring the use of a third (3rd) wheel.
OWNER
The term owner shall include any business or person residing in the City, owning, leasing or renting a motor vehicle, or having the exclusive use thereof under lease or otherwise, for a period greater than thirty (30) days successively.

A. 
Every business owner which regularly parks a motor vehicle or commercial motor vehicle in Warson Woods shall, except as otherwise expressly provided in this Code, annually prior to December thirty-first (31st) cause to be filed such vehicles for the ensuing year on a blank to be furnished by the City containing the following information:
1. 
A brief description of the motor vehicle to be registered, including the name of the manufacturer, the year and the model of the vehicle.
2. 
The name, residence and business address of the owner of such motor vehicle.
3. 
The number of the State license.

A. 
Owners of any motor vehicle under this Chapter shall pay license fees as set out below:
1. 
For motor vehicles other than commercial motor vehicles and for motorcycles and motortricycles, the sum of five dollars ($5.00);
2. 
For commercial motor vehicles, the sum of five dollars ($5.00).
Registration of motor vehicles shall be automatically renewed annually upon the payment of fees, to take effect on the first (1st) day of January of each year.
