From and after the passage of this article, it shall be unlawful
for any person, persons or corporation to drive any vehicle into the
intersections of the following named streets without first bringing
such vehicle to a complete stop:

All signs posted in accordance with the provisions of this article
shall conform to the state standards for traffic signs.
Any person, persons or corporation violating any of the provisions
of this article shall be fined in accordance with the provisions of
the Pennsylvania Motor Vehicle Code.[1]
