There is hereby incorporated by reference for the purpose of
regulating food sanitation within the corporate limits of the City
the Food Service Sanitation Manual, 1976 Edition, published by the
Department of Health and Human Services and as amended by the Johnson
County Board of County Commissioners on September 5, 1979. Such manual
and amendments shall be hereinafter referred to as the City of Mission
Food Service Sanitation Ordinance. No fewer than three (3) copies
of said Food Service Sanitation Ordinance shall be stamped or marked
"Official Copy of the City of Mission, Kansas, as incorporated by
the Code of the City of Mission", with all Sections or portions thereof
intended to be omitted or changed clearly marked to show such change
or omission and filed with the City Clerk, to be open to inspection
and available to the public at all reasonable hours.

For the purpose of this Article, the Johnson County Health Officer
is hereby appointed as the City Health Officer for the City to represent
the City in health matters.
