Editor's Note — Ord. No. 1142 §§8 — 13, adopted December 8, 2004, repealed sections 420.070 "land", 420.080 "building", 420.090 "discontinuance of non-conforming use not to be re-established", 420.100 "non-conforming uses in district "C-2A" and "C-2B", 420.110 "change of non-conforming use" and 420.120 "improvements to non-conforming buildings" in their entirety. Former sections 420.070 — 420.120 derived from ord. no. 1007 §§16-223.01 — 16.223.06, 1-24-01; ord. no. 1091 §§1 — 3 (App. A §§420.070 — 420.120), 9-24-03. At the editor's discretion, this Article and these sections have been reserved for the city's future use.
