From and after the passage of this article, it shall be unlawful for any person or persons to commit an act constituting disorderly conduct within the limits of the Township of Aleppo, and disorderly conduct is hereby defined and the penalties prescribed therefor, as follows.
As used in this article, the following terms shall have the meanings indicated:
DISORDERLY CONDUCT
Any act, conduct, attempt to commit an act, any language or creation of unreasonable noise, or any other offense, which causes or reasonably tends to cause or provoke:
A. 
Discomfort, offense, embarrassment, humiliation, fear, revulsion, annoyance, unsightliness, excitement, disturbance or riot to or among persons within the limits of the Township of Aleppo, without reasonable cause or justification;
B. 
Breach of the peace, an offense to the public morals and decency, or abuse of the rights of the public to the quiet, peaceful and unobstructed enjoyment of the thoroughfares and public rights-of-way;
C. 
Danger, injury, nuisance or damage to persons or property, either real or personal, within the limits of the Township of Aleppo.
Any person or persons violating this article, or causing or helping others to violate the same, shall, upon summary conviction thereof before a Magisterial District Judge, be sentenced to pay the costs of prosecution and a fine not exceeding $10 for each such offense and, in default of the payment thereof, shall be sentenced and committed to the county jail or workhouse for a period not exceeding 10 days.
