Effective as of January 1, 1998, the accompanying joinder agreement
and the terms of the Pennsylvania State Association of Boroughs Master
Retirement Trust are hereby adopted by the employer, to be known hereafter
as the "Township of Aleppo Nonuniformed Employees Pension Plan" (the
"plan").[1]

The Board of Trustees of the Pennsylvania State Association
of Boroughs Master Retirement Trust is designated as trustee for the
plan, and all contributions shall be held and invested by such trustee
in accordance with the terms of the plan.

The Township
of Aleppo Police Pension Plan ("plan"), which was established pursuant
to ordinance and under the provisions of Pub. Law 1804, 53 Pa.C.S.A.
§ 767 et seq. (sometimes referred to as "Act 600"), for
the benefit of the Township's police employees effective December
30, 1988, and which has been amended and restated by ordinances and
resolutions of the Township Board of Commissioners thereafter, shall
be, and hereby is, amended and supplemented in the following respects.
