All Billboards are prohibited in the Town of Webster. A Billboard
is any permanent advertising device which exceeds 40 feet in height,
is larger than 100 square feet in total area and is a non-accessory
sign. A non-accessory sign is any billboard, sign or advertising device
that publicizes an activity not conducted on the premises. No permit
or renewals shall be granted for any billboard that violates this
bylaw. Any existing billboard that violates this bylaw shall be considered
nonconforming.
