Township of Morris, NJ Chapter 602 Public Health Clinics

§ 602-1 Fees established.

Effective January 1, 1991, the following fees and charges shall be required to be paid by participants in the following public health clinics when the same may from time to time be offered by the Board of Health:

A. SMAC (Sequential Multiple Analyzer with Computer Clinic): $25.

B. Flu shot: $25.

§ 602-2 Payment required at registration.

The aforesaid fees shall be paid by participants at the time of registration for participation in the particular program or clinic.

§ 602-3 Fees to be nonrefundable.

The aforesaid fees are nonrefundable, unless the clinic or program shall be canceled.
