Park and Recreation Board — See Ch. 36.
The park rules and regulations shall be established by the Board
of Supervisors by resolution.
The hours of park operation shall be established by the Board
of Supervisors by resolution.
The procedures for reserving pavilions and ball fields, and
rental fees for their use, shall be established by the Board of Supervisors
by resolution.
The park rules and regulations shall be posted in public view
at the points of entrance to the park.
A.
Any person who violates or permits a violation of this chapter, including
the posted park rules and regulations, shall, upon conviction in a
summary proceeding brought before a Magisterial District Judge under
the Pennsylvania Rules of Criminal Procedure, be guilty of a summary
offense and shall be punishable by a fine of not more than $1,000,
plus costs of prosecution. In default of payment thereof, the defendant
may be sentenced to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 90 days.
Each day or portion thereof that such violation continues or is permitted
to continue shall constitute a separate offense, and each section
of this chapter that is violated shall also constitute a separate
offense.[1]

All fines and penalties collected for the violation hereof shall
be paid to the Township.
