There shall be established a Youth Commission consisting of
ten (10) members. Members shall be from the ages of thirteen (13)
to nineteen (19).

Members shall be appointed by the Mayor with the approval of
the Board of Aldermen. Term of membership shall be for one (1) year
or until their successors are duly appointed and qualified.

The Commission shall seek programs and activities for the Youth
of Hermann and such other duties as assigned to them by the Mayor.
The Commission shall work with the Mayor, Board of Aldermen, and Park
Board.

The Commission shall report to the Mayor from time to time and
to the Board of Aldermen when requested.

The Commission shall recommend to the Mayor persons to succeed
themselves in office one (1) month prior to the first (1st) day of
May of each year or when regular appointments are made by the Mayor.
