No person shall, in daylight, swim or bathe in open water exposed to the public, within the boundary of the Village, unless properly clothed.
No person shall willfully or maliciously break, tear, injure, remove or deface any building, fence, awning, signboard, tree, shrubbery or ornamental thing in said Village, or remove from or pile up before any door or any sidewalk or tree boxes or casks or other things, or tear down any notice or handbill lawfully posted, or incite or induce dogs to fight in any of the streets or public places of said Village.

No person shall engage in such acts so as to cause the discarding of any papers, cans, bottles, garbage, offensive matter, or waste material of any type at any place within the Village, except as provided for and in conformance with Chapter 21 of the Code of the Village of Brockport.
No person shall take or use any of the property of said Village for his private use without first obtaining the consent of the Board of Trustees.
No person under the age of 16 shall discharge or cause to be discharged any shotgun, air gun or other similar instrument within the limits of this municipality, and it is hereby declared to be unlawful for any person to sell any person under the age of 16 years any such air gun, shotgun or other similar instrument.
No person under the age of 16 years shall operate any slingshot, so-called, within the limits of this Village.
No person shall construct or maintain a fence of barbed wire or of which barbed wire is a part along the line of any public street or place, or use barbed wire in the construction of any division fence, unless the person desiring to use such material shall first obtain the written consent of the owner of the adjoining property.

Any person, corporation or other entity who violates the provisions of this article shall be guilty of a violation and shall be subject to imprisonment not to exceed fifteen days or a fine not to exceed $250 or both such fine and imprisonment.
