It shall be the policy of the City of Absecon City that the
department heads and employees of the City of Absecon City shall adhere
to the lines of communication for various matters as directed to the
chart or charts attached hereto and made a part hereof. (The chart
may be found on file in the office of the City Clerk.)

All articles and sections of the aforesaid chapter shall be
subject to the state statutes and ordinances having been adopted or
hereinafter adopted by the State Legislature or City Council in the
manner prescribed by law.
