Yellow advance warning flashing signals to mark the crosswalk
at Clay Avenue (Missouri Highway 116) and Oak Street. Signals to be
placed facing both east and west bound traffic on Clay Avenue (Missouri
Highway 116). Such signals shall be placed within seven hundred fifty
(750) feet east and west of the centerline of the cross walk at Oak
Street but shall generally be located as follows:

West facing signal (eastbound traffic) near the southeast corner
of Clay Avenue (Missouri Highway 116) and 8th Street.

East facing signal (westbound) traffic shall be placed near
the northwest corner of Clay Avenue (Missouri Highway 116) and Sixth
Street.
