Section 215.130 Obstruction by Persons or Objects Unlawful.

It shall be unlawful for any person or persons to gather or stand upon any street, street right-of-way, sidewalk or driveway apron so as to prevent, interrupt or obstruct the travel or free passage over the same by the public, or to place or deposit any article or object which has the same effect.

Section 215.140 Obstruction by Trees, Shrubs or Plants Unlawful.

It shall be unlawful for any person or entity to allow trees, shrubs, or plants to create a hazard or to obstruct the travel or free passage by the public over any street, street right-of-way, sidewalk or driveway apron.

Section 215.150 Conduct Declared Nuisance.

The conduct described in Sections 215.130 and 215.140 is hereby declared a nuisance.
