Borough of North Haledon, NJ Chapter 364 Laundry, Hanging of

§ 364-1 Prohibited acts.

No person shall hang or air laundry within the front yard, as that term is defined in § 600-2 of the Code of the Borough of North Haledon, of any lot within the Borough of North Haledon.

§ 364-2 Violations and penalties. [1]

Any person that violates any provision of this chapter shall, upon conviction, be punishable as provided in Chapter 1, General Provisions, Article II, General Penalty.
