395. This ordinance also repealed all previous land
development ordinances of the borough, specifically the following
chapters of the Code of the Borough of Buena: Ch. 30, Land Use Procedures,
consisting of Part 1, Planning Board and Zoning Board of Adjustment
(adopted 1-10-1977 as Ord. No.
220, as amended), and Part 2, Processing of Applications
(adopted 1-10-1977 as Ord. No.
221); Ch. 200, Subdivision of Land (adopted 10-12-1964 as Ord. No. 90, as amended); and Ch. 234, Zoning (adopted 1-24-1966 as Ord. No. 101, as amended). In addition,
the following former chapters of the Code of the Borough of Buena
