No farm tractor with plow, cultivator, planter, disc, harrow
or other implement attached or any other vehicle or machinery shall
be operated, driven or propelled on or over the driveway, shoulder
or any part of the right-of-way of any highway in the Borough of Buena
in such manner as to scar, scratch or mar the surface thereof.
No person shall drive, operate or use any farm tractor or horse-drawn
plow, cultivator, disc, harrow or other farm implement on the edge,
shoulder or any part of the right-of-way of any public road or highway
as a turn row or turn on the same in cultivating, tending, planting
or otherwise of land adjacent to or abutting upon any public road
or highway in said Borough of Buena.
