Effective February 1, 2011, there is hereby established and
recognized in and for the Borough of North Haledon a volunteer emergency
medical service, which shall consist of the North Haledon Volunteer
Ambulance, Inc., and the members thereof. The North Haledon Volunteer
Ambulance, Inc., and its members shall be authorized to provide volunteer
emergency medical services for the residents of the Borough of North
Haledon.
