Vehicle operators shall not exceed the speed limits set forth in Schedule II which is incorporated herein by reference. Except as set forth in said Schedule II, the speed limit upon all other streets and highways located within the City of Camdenton shall be twenty-five (25) miles per hour. It shall be unlawful for any person to drive a vehicle at a speed in excess of any speed so declared when signs are in place giving notice thereof. The actual location of signs shall be the locations in which the speeds stated are regulated.

"Construction zone" shall have the same meaning as is set forth in Section 304.580, RSMo.
City, County or State of Missouri construction personnel shall be authorized to post temporary speed limits which differ from those set forth in Schedule II or post temporary stop signs which differ from those set forth in Schedule I.
In the event that a vehicle operator commits a traffic violation in a construction zone when the construction zone warning sign specified in Section 304.580, RSMo., is posted (said sign stating "Warning: $250.00 fine for speeding or passing in this work zone"), the officer shall note on the traffic ticket that the violation occurred in a construction zone. In addition to the fine and costs as set by the Traffic Violations Bureau, an additional two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) may be added to such fine.
