Section 822.010 Driving Through Parade.

No driver of a vehicle shall drive between the vehicles comprising an authorized parade unless instructed to do so by Police Officers.

Section 822.015 Driving Through Funeral Procession.

No driver of a vehicle shall drive between the vehicles comprising an authorized funeral procession while they are in motion unless instructed to do so by Police Officers.

Section 822.020 When Permits Required for Parades and Processions.

No funeral, procession or parade containing two hundred (200) or more persons or fifty (50) or more vehicles except the forces of the United States Army or Navy, the military forces of this State and the forces of the Police and Fire Departments shall occupy, march or proceed along any street except in accordance with a permit issued by the Chief of Police and such other regulations as are set forth herein which may apply. Applications for such parades or processions shall be given to the Chief of Police not less than thirty (30) days prior to the event, unless cause be given why such application could not be made within such time. No permit shall be required for any funeral procession being escorted by law enforcement vehicles.
