A.
Numbered permits will be issued for any residents of living quarters
located on the business quadrants of the City Square allowing them
to park on the City Square, other provisions of this Section notwithstanding.
Persons using permits are required to fasten them to the left corner
of the rear vehicle window. The City will have the permits printed,
numbered and will record their numbers and will issue them. Permits
will be issued by the City Clerk and records of persons holding permits
will be recorded and kept.
B.
Permits will be issued for persons serving as juror, witnesses and
attorneys only, in all divisions of Circuit Court of Camden County
enabling them to park, without penalty, in three-hour restricted parking
access adjacent to the Camden County Courthouse. Cost of printing
and issuance of permits will be the responsibility of Camden County.
Said permits will be designated as "Camden County Parking Permit,"
and will be placed in lower left hand corner of inside of rear window.
Permits will be dated and valid only for date indicated.
