Effective with taxes imposed as to real estate located in the
Township of Millcreek for the calendar year beginning January 1, 1994,
a penalty of 10% shall be imposed as to all Millcreek Township taxes
assessed and not paid on or before June 30 of the calendar year for
which such taxes are assessed.
