Township of Millcreek, PA Article II General Employees Pension Plan

§ 87-2 Amendment and restatement of pension plan.

The Township of Millcreek General Employees Pension Plan shall be and hereby is amended and restated effective as of January 1, 2013, as set forth on the amended and restated Plan attached to this article.[1]
