(a)Â
Franklin Memorial Park shall be closed to the public between the
hours of 9:00 p.m. and daylight of the following day. It shall be
unlawful for any person to go or enter upon such park during the aforesaid
hours.
(b)Â
Any person violating the provisions of this section shall be guilty
of a trespass and a Class 4 misdemeanor.
