No person shall at any time walk, run, stand, sit, use or be
situated on a portion of the north side of West Osage Street nor shall
any person climb upon or interfere with any chain link fence situated
on said portion of the north side of West Osage Street for a distance
257 feet beginning at a point of 440 feet west of the intersection
of West Osage Street with North First Street and extending westerly
from that point 257 feet within the City limits.
