No person shall deposit or throw, or cause to be thrown or deposited,
into any sewer, sewer inlet or manhole any animal or vegetable substance
or any hay, straw, leaves, sticks, ashes, cinders, shavings, trash,
soot, oyster shells, cans, rubbish, broken ware, rags, pieces of iron
or other metal or old wearing apparel, or any other article or thing
whatever that is liable to cause the sewer to choke up, become congested,
or otherwise obstruct the free flow of water therein.
No person shall dispose of trash, refuse or leaves, by open
burning, or cause, allow or permit open burning of trash, refuse or
leaves, unless the same is authorized by Federal or State permit.

No
person shall engage in begging for money.
B.
No
person shall sell, solicit or offer for sale or peddle any article,
thing or personal service, except newspapers and magazines, in or
upon any street, sidewalk, alley, public place, public park or place
in the City unless he/she or any company he/she represents has a valid
occupational license in the City.
