The
City shall determine upon what streets angle parking shall be permitted
and shall mark or sign such streets but such angle parking shall not

On those streets which have been signed or marked by the City
for angle parking, no person shall park or stand a vehicle other than
at the angle to the curb or edge of the roadway indicated by such
signs or markings.

of the special terms or conditions of any such permit.
