The following areas are hereby designated as school bus loading
and unloading zones:

"A" Street. There shall be school bus zones on "A" Street during
the time when school is in session that being 7:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M.
described as follows:

Starting on the southeast corner of College Street at the intersection
of College Street and "A" Street a distance of one hundred ninety-five
(195) feet.

College Street. There shall be school bus zones on College Street
during the time when school is in session that being 7:00 A.M. to
6:00 P.M. described as follows:

Starting at the east intersection of West College Avenue and
North "A" Street a distance of thirty-five (35) feet east.
