There is hereby established a Sign
Corridor Overlay District, a district subject to the regulations of
this Zoning Code.

This Chapter is intended to provide
for the construction and placement of outdoor off-premises advertising
structures within the City limits of the City of Park Hills, within
the limits of a specific area.

The Sign Corridor Overlay District
shall extend six hundred sixty (660) feet from the closest edge of
the right-of-way of United States Highway Number 67 within the corporate
limits of the City of Park Hills as it now exists or as it is hereinafter
amended.

The Sign Corridor Overlay District,
as herein established, shall be in addition to and shall overlay all
other zoning districts where it is applied so that any parcel of land
lying in the Sign Corridor Overlay District shall also lie within
one (1) or more of the other zoning districts provided by this Title.
The effect shall be the creation of a new zoning district consisting
of the regulations and requirements of both the underlying district
and the Sign Corridor Overlay District. In the event of a conflict
between the requirements of the underlying district and the Overlay
District, the requirements of the Overlay District shall govern.

Signage shall be subject to the regulations of Chapter 535 of the City Code.
