Manor Township adopts and incorporates by reference, in its
entirety, Chapter 249, Article 1, of the Sewer System Regulations
of the City of Lancaster, adopted September 25, 2007. A copy of Chapter,
249, Article 1, is attached hereto, marked Exhibit "A" and incorporated
by reference herein. The adoption of these regulations applies to
that portion of the Manor Township Sewer System serviced by the City
of Lancaster.[1]
