For the purposes of this Chapter, the Village of Indian Point, Missouri,
is divided into the following districts:

R-1 Single-Family District. Low-density residential
district permitting detached singular residential dwellings affixed
to a permanent foundation where related recreational, religious, and
educational facilities may be provided.

R-2 Two-Family District. Low-density residential
district permitting attached residential dwellings affixed to a permanent
foundation of no more than two (2) dwellings per building.

R-3 Four-Family District. Moderate-density
residential district permitting attached residential dwellings affixed
to a permanent foundation of no more than four (4) dwellings per building
served by common facilities and open space.

R-4 Multi-Family District. High-density residential
district permitting attached residential dwellings affixed to a permanent
foundation of no more than twelve (12) dwellings per acre served by
common facilities and open space.

C-1 Low-Intensity Commercial District. A district
established for resort-type accommodations and incidental services
oriented towards camping and tourism.

C-2 General Commercial District. A district
established for general commercial activities.
9.Â
PDD Planned Development District. A specifically
enumerated specialized district whereupon an approved site plan, regulations
permit greater flexibility and consequently more creative and imaginative
design than generally is possible under conventional zoning regulations.

A-1 Agricultural. Tracts of land which have
not been platted or subdivided.
