All commercial and nonresidential uses and properties shall
be required to obtain an annual commercial accountability registration
form from the Fire Marshal.

The commercial accountability registration form shall be issued
only after the Fire Marshal or his/her designee has verified the information
provided.

The commercial accountability registration form shall be valid
for a period of one year.

The Fire Marshal shall devise a schedule for implementing the
provisions of this part among the various uses and occupancies affected
and shall devise and implement all plans and systems necessary to
administer this program.

The fee to be charged for the annual inspection and permit shall
be set as determined from time to time by Township resolution.
