A.
Administrative
authority to issue construction permits, system evaluations and complaint
investigation for new septic tanks is hereby granted to the Morgan
and Camden County Health Department.
B.
The
City is adopting by reference the ordinances of Morgan and Camden
County and the State Standards as defined in Sections 701.025, RSMo.,
et seq., as they pertain to on-site sewage disposal systems.
