There shall be a Citizens Advisory Committee to the Department
of Recreation and Cultural Affairs, constituted of nine members, to
be appointed as follows:
A.
Three members to be appointed by the Mayor for a period
of one year initially and thereafter for a period of three years.
B.
One member from each ward to be appointed by the City
Council for a period of one year initially and thereafter for a period
of three years.
C.
One member to serve at large, to be appointed by the
City Council for a period of three years.
The duties of such Citizens Advisory Committee shall be those
of advice and recommendation only.
