For the purposes of this Schedule, the following term means:
Any State road, County road, or public street, avenue, boulevard
or parkway.

Business Highway 61 is hereby designated as the route allowing
lawful traffic movement and access from both directions, to be available
for use by commercial vehicles to access any roads in the State highway
system.
