Table VIII-A Through Truck Traffic.

A. There shall be no through truck traffic in the City on any street except those trucks making local deliveries therein, and there shall be signs designating no through truck traffic at the following locations:

	Location
	Marshall Road on the north side at the City limits for westbound traffic.
	Marshall Road on the south side in the 100 block for eastbound traffic.
	Benton Avenue from Beckett Memorial to Ninth Street.
	Vest Avenue from Beckett Memorial to Ninth Street.
	Leonard Avenue from Fourth Street to Ninth Street.

B. Any truck traffic exiting any business located on Marshall Road from Beckett Memorial to Ninth Street shall proceed to the nearest numbered street and proceed to St. Louis Avenue unless making local deliveries therein.

C. Any truck traffic entering any business located on Marshall Road from Beckett Memorial to Ninth Street shall proceed using St. Louis Avenue to the nearest numbered street to that business unless making local deliveries therein.
