[HISTORY: Adopted by the Board of Selectmen of the Town of
Conway 12-21-1972. Amendments noted where applicable.]
This chapter shall regulate noise of and trespassing by all-terrain
vehicles.
All-terrain vehicles shall be kept 200 feet from homes, churches,
schools, tree farms, nurseries, cemeteries and off all plowed private
roads unless authorized by the owner(s).
Trails should be designated after authorization by a property
owner(s).

The Town will enforce an 11:00 p.m. curfew for noise from all-terrain
vehicles within Town limits.
Violation of this chapter shall carry a fine not to exceed $20.
