The placing of obstructions in the streets of the Borough for
the purpose of reserving parking spaces is hereby prohibited.
Representatives of the Sharon Hill Police Department or their
authorized agents are hereby authorized to remove said obstructions
and have them carried away.

Any person who violates the provisions of this article shall,
upon conviction, be punished by a maximum fine as provided from time
to time by state statute.
