No person shall erect, construct, reconstruct, alter, move,
demolish or convert any new or existing building or structure within
the corporation limits of the City of Weldon Spring, Missouri, without
first obtaining a building permit authorizing such activity from the
St. Charles County Building Commissioner in accordance with this Article.

The St. Charles County Building Commissioner is hereby designated
as the sole authority to issue building permits for and within the
corporate limits of the City of Weldon Spring, Missouri.

A.
The building inspection agreement, on file in the City offices, is
hereby approved by the City of Weldon Spring, Missouri.
B.
The building inspection agreement between the City of Weldon Spring
and St. Charles County, Missouri, shall be executed on behalf of the
City of Weldon Spring by the Mayor of the Board of Aldermen, and his/her
signature thereto shall be attested by the City Clerk.
