A.
The
Mayor of the City of Green Park, Missouri, is hereby authorized and
directed to execute and enter into a contract on behalf of the City
with St. Louis County, Missouri, for Police services as identified
on Exhibit "A", which is on file in the City offices, which contract
shall be in substantial conformity with said Exhibit "A", incorporated
herein by reference.
B.
The
Mayor of the City of Green Park, Missouri, is hereby authorized and
directed to execute and enter into a contract addendum on behalf of
the City with St. Louis County, Missouri, for additional Police services
as identified on Exhibit "A", which is on file in the City offices,
which contract shall be in substantial conformity with said Exhibit
"A", incorporated herein by reference.

The Mayor of the City of Green Park, Missouri, is hereby authorized

as described in Exhibit "A", which is on file in the City offices,
