A. 
All properties, whether occupied for residential, commercial, industrial or any other purpose or purposes, shall bear numerals indicating the address of the property and such numerals shall be affixed to the principal structure on the property so as to be visible from the street fronting the property.
B. 
Address numerals may be of the script or numerical type and shall consist of characters at least two (2) inches in height and at least one (1) inch in width.
C. 
The owner of any property failing to comply with this Section shall be subject to a fine of not less than ten dollars ($10.00) nor more than twenty-five dollars ($25.00) for each day such violation remains in effect.

A. 
Definition Of Assembly Group. The use of a building or structure or a portion thereof for the gathering together of persons for a purpose such as civic, social, recreation, food or drink consumption wherein there is service of alcoholic beverage, including, but not limited to, banquet halls, nightclubs, restaurants, taverns and bars.
B. 
Occupancy Load/Fixed Seating. For all areas having fixed seats and aisles, the occupant load shall be determined by the number of fixed seats installed therein. For area having seating without dividing arms, the occupant load shall not be greater than the number of seats based on one (1) person for each eighteen (18) inches of seating length.
The occupant load of seating booths shall be based on a person for each twenty-four (24) inches of booth seat length measured at the backrest of the seat booth.
C. 
Floor Area In Square Feet Per Occupant. Notwithstanding Subsection (B) of this Section, occupancy shall not exceed fifteen (15) square feet per occupant.
D. 
Inspection. The said premises may be inspected at any time that the said business is open for business by the Fire Chief or Building Inspector or their designated agents.
E. 
Enforcement. The City Police Department and/or the City Fire Department or their designated agents shall have the authority to enforce the provisions of this Section.
F. 
Penalty. Any person violating the provisions of this Section shall be guilty of an ordinance violation and upon conviction thereof shall receive a fine of not less than three hundred fifty dollars ($350.00) and/or three (3) months in the County Jail and shall be subject to the revocation of their applicable business license.
G. 
Posting Of Occupant Load. Every room or space that is an assembly occupancy which serves alcoholic beverages shall have the occupant load of the room or space posted in a conspicuous place, near the main entrance and exit access doorway from the room or space. Posted signs shall be of an approved, legible, permanent design and shall be maintained by the owner or authorized agent.
