GENERAL REFERENCES
Officers and employees — See Ch. 35.
The Town Board of the Town of North Collins, Erie County, New
York, does hereby elect to join the New York State Retirement System.
[Amended 12-4-1991 by L.L. No. 2-1991]
The Town Board of the Town of North Collins does hereby elect
to come under the provisions of § 75-a et seq. of the Retirement
and Social Security Law, as presently or hereafter amended, and entitled
an "Act to Amend the Retirement and Social Security Law in Relation
to Establishing Noncontributory Retirement Plans and Ordinary Death
Benefits for State Employees and Members of Participating Employers."
