of the 1990 Code)]
The Township of Mount Olive does hereby adopt the Stormwater
Management Plan prepared by Schoor Depalma, Inc., entitled "Stormwater
Management Plan for the Township of Mount Olive," of which 10 copies
are on file with the Township Clerk.
This article shall take effect in accordance with law and adopts
by reference the above-mentioned Stormwater Management Plan pursuant
to and in accordance with N.J.S.A. 40:69A-181.
