Township of Jackson, PA Part 3 Planning Commission

§ 1-301 Establishment.

In order to provide for orderly development of the community, it is the intention of the Board of Supervisors herein to establish a Planning Commission pursuant to the Pennsylvania Municipalities Planning Code, 53 P.S. § 10101 et seq., as amended.

§ 1-302 Membership; terms of office.

The Planning Commission shall be comprised of seven members. The term of office for each member appointed by the Board of Supervisors shall be for a period of four years from the date of appointment, except for the first Board, whose terms shall be as hereinafter indicated.
