Under this Part 1, the following terms shall have the following meanings:
LANDLORD
Any natural person, association, firm or corporation who grants a lease, written or oral, or rents real estate to another for dwelling purposes.
PERSON
Any natural person, association, firm or corporation. The singular shall mean the plural, and the masculine shall include the feminine.
RESIDENTIAL FACILITIES
Includes, but is not limited to, single-family dwelling units, multifamily units, apartments, townhouses and mobile home sites.
A.ย 
Persons and individuals 18 years of age or older who move into the Township shall be required to give notice to the Township Tax Collector, upon a form provided for that purpose, that said person has established residence within the Township.
B.ย 
When such person is a member of a family unit within the Township, notice need only be given by the head of the family unit specifying all persons in the family and the ages of said persons who have taken up residence within the Township.
C.ย 
Said notice shall be given, upon the forms provided, within 10 days after residence is established within the Township.
Each person, landlord or lessor, who owns or controls property within the Township that is leased, granted or rented as a dwelling unit is hereby required to:
A.ย 
Furnish the Township Tax Collector a written list setting forth the names and addresses of all tenants or occupants of said property within 30 days from the effective date hereof.
B.ย 
Notify the Township Tax Collector, on forms provided, of any change in occupancy of any such facilities within 10 days of said change.

Any person violating the provisions of this Part 1 or furnishing false information to the Township Tax Collector using false names or addresses, upon conviction thereof in an action brought before a District Justice in the manner provided for the enforcement of summary offenses under the Pennsylvania Rules of Criminal Procedure, shall be sentenced to pay a fine of not more than $1,000, plus all court costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees incurred by the Township, and, in default of payment of said fine and costs, to a term of imprisonment not to exceed 90 days.

The provisions of this Part 1 shall be enforced by the Township Manager or his designee.
