Any person who shall stop or obstruct any public road in said Township or commit any nuisance thereon by felling trees, making fences, turning the road or in any other manner whereby traffic upon and along said road is or may be impeded or interfered with, and who shall not, on notice given by the Township Supervisors, or any of them, forthwith remove the obstruction or nuisance and repair the damages, if any, to such road, upon conviction thereof in an action brought before a District Justice in the manner provided for the enforcement of summary offenses under the Pennsylvania Rules of Criminal Procedure, shall be sentenced to pay a fine of not more than $1,000, plus all court costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees incurred by the Township, and, in default of payment of said fine and costs, to a term of imprisonment not to exceed 90 days.
No truck, tractor or motor vehicle equipped with boltheads, lugs, nuts, ice picks or spuds shall be operated and moved upon any public road in said Township having an improved surface, except where it is not possible to operate said truck, tractor or motor vehicle along the unimproved surface of the highway.
No power shovel, agricultural machinery or other machinery or equipment, not defined as a "motor vehicle" by the Motor Vehicle Code of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, shall be unnecessarily operated or moved upon or along any Township road in said Township having an improved surface and, in no event, shall the same be operated or moved upon or along any such road in such manner wantonly, carelessly or intentionally to damage or destroy the surface of such road or bridges or culverts upon the same.

Any person, firm or corporation who shall violate § 21-302 or 21-303 of this Part 3, upon conviction thereof in an action brought before a District Justice in the manner provided for the enforcement of summary offenses under the Pennsylvania Rules of Criminal Procedure, shall be sentenced to pay a fine of not more than $1,000, plus all court costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees incurred by the Township, and, in default of payment of said fine and costs, to a term of imprisonment not to exceed 90 days.
All fines collected under any of the provisions of this Part 3 shall be paid, from time to time, to the Treasurer of the Township.
