The CC Commercial Corridor District includes lands strategically located at intersections of state roads or along major traffic routes. These areas are located along major routes in order to be developed for commercial activities and amenities that support local and regional needs and industry.
A. 
Minimum lot size: 21,780 square feet (1/2 acre).
B. 
Minimum lot width at the street right-of-way line: 100 feet.
C. 
Minimum lot width at the front building setback line: 100 feet.
D. 
Minimum front yard: 40 feet, and 15 feet from commercial service streets.
E. 
Minimum rear yard: 30 feet; accessory: 10 feet.
F. 
Minimum side yard: 15 feet; accessory: 10 feet.
G. 
Side yard abutting residential district boundary: 30 feet.
H. 
Maximum lot coverage: 80%.
I. 
Where greater dimensional standards are specified based on the principal use of the lot or buffering within Parts 13, 14, 15 and 19 of this chapter, said dimensional standards shall apply.
Uses are authorized in Part 27 of this chapter and subject to the provisions of said Part 27.
A. 
Bank machine.
B. 
Loading and/or truck maneuvering area.
C. 
Other accessory uses customarily incidental to a permitted principal use, subject to and authorized in Part 15 of this chapter.
D. 
Parking area in accordance with Part 17 of this chapter.
E. 
Signs in accordance with Part 18 of this chapter.
F. 
Communications antennas and communications buildings in accordance with the provisions of § 27-1603.
Authorized uses and yard and bulk requirements specified in this Part 6 shall be further subject to the standards of § 27-1513, Performance standards, of this chapter.
