A.
The provisions of the Uniform Code and the Energy Code are hereby
incorporated by reference into this chapter.
B.
Any and all owners and operators of properties within the Town shall
comply with all of the provisions of this chapter, including the Uniform
Code and the Energy Code.
C.
The Office of Code Enforcement shall administer and enforce all of
the provisions of this chapter, including the Uniform Code and the
Energy Code.
