Pursuant to the authority conferred by the New Jersey Department of Health and Senior Services, it is deemed advisable and in the best interests of residents in safeguarding the public health and welfare to adopt model rules for the quarantine and isolation of certain persons evidencing symptoms of contagious diseases under specific circumstances as provided in detail in the model rules referenced in § 395-2 hereafter.
The model rules established and hereby adopted by this chapter are described and commonly known as "Quarantine and Isolation — Model Rules for Local Boards of Health," New Jersey Administrative Code (NJAC) 8:57-1.11, Appendix B.
The model rules adopted hereby are available as NJAC 8:57-1.11, Appendix B, as well as, free of charge, through the Freehold Township Board of Health.
