This Part, together with Lower Swatara Township Municipal Authority
Corrective Action Plan (CAP) on file with the Department of Environmental
Protection (DEP), shall be known and may be cited as the "Municipal
Authority of Lower Swatara Infiltration and Inflow Inspection Ordinance."

The purpose of this Part is to reduce the infiltration and inflow
from sump pumps, HVAC condensate drains, downspouts, foundation and
outside area drains from dwelling units, buildings or structures that
discharge sewage into any of the Township's collection systems
and in particular the collection systems which are tributary to the
Lumber Street, Willow Street, Cherry Alley, Turnpike Interceptor and
Western Interceptor.
